I can’t believe September is already here. It feels like the summer flew by and while I’m sad to say goodbye to picnics in the park, lounging on the beach and outdoor BBQs, I’m excited to welcome the cosy Fall season! And with Fall, comes pumpkin everything. I thought I’d jump on the pumpkin bandwagon early this year and share some delicious and creative pumpkin recipes that can fit nicely into your macros.
The nice thing about tracking macros to hit your fitness goals is that you can fit all foods into your diet. There are no restrictions, no “off limits” foods and no “good or bad” foods.
