I don’t know about you, but when I workout in the early morning, I need to have a plan. If I go to the gym without a workout in mind, I tend to waste time and I don’t get a good sweat in. I usually workout five times a week and my workouts are a mix of weight training and HIIT. I’m all about quick, easy workouts and I’m usually in and out of the gym in 40 minutes!
I hate the thought of working out for long periods of time and in fact, working out for longer isn’t the best way to hit your fitness goals. If you plan right, you can get in a great sweat in just 30 minutes.
So, if you’re in a workout funk, or you’re struggling to stay motivated, I put together 5 workouts that will get your heart rate up in a short amount of time so you can get in and out of the gym quickly:
For the weight workouts, PUSH yourself and lift those heavy weights! Your last 2-3 reps should be difficult.
