So yesterday I decided to kick start my exercise again! I’ve been in a mega slump since school has started in regard to my diet and exercise, so I wanted to switch things up and do something fun!
I got these workouts from Naomi, who is amazing! If you haven’t check out her blog.. do it now!
This was such a nice workout! I really enjoyed it and it got me right back into gear!
First up the HIIT:
Dumbbell shoulder press 3×10
Bent over lateral raise 3×12
Mountain climbers 3×15
bicycle crunches 3×15 each side
oblique twists 3×20
crunches for 1 song on my ipod- 3mins? x1
Inner leg raises x2
Plate hold (above head) 3x 1 min
Walking pushups 3×8
Dumbbell arm circles 3×20
Medicine ball twists 3×15
I felt SO GOOD during and after!
