I started off today with a little Total Body/Cardio Circuit Workout… I got this off someone’s blog, but I cannot remember which blog…I have just been collecting tons of them and they are all jumbled up!
Warm up: 5 minutes on treadmill at 6.5
Do each exercise for one minute with 30 seconds rest in between
Body weight squat
Alternate leg lunges
Hip Lift (lie on back, knees bent, press hips up and drop back down at controlled pace)
High knee jog on spot
Side Plank (30 sec each)
Cool Down: 5 minutes on treadmill at 6.5
….Twas a great workout!! I definitely recommend it!
