*This is a short post, but the message is important, so listen up*
It took me a LONG time to find my ‘happy place’ with exercise and diet. I didn’t just suddenly wake up one day knowing what to do in the gym and how to eat to keep me happy and feeling good… In fact, it was QUITE the opposite…It took a LOT of trial and error.
I genuinelly believe you all need a bit of trial and error before you can ever find a happy place because that’s really how you’re going to learn what works and what doesn’t work for YOU.
Look, the trial and error process SUCKS hard. It really does. It’s easy for me to say ‘Just keep pushing on through!’ because I’ve come out the *other side*, but I know how hopeless you feel when you’re in the middle of it.
I really, really, really need you to believe that you will get out of it and you will find your happy place. It may take months, it make take years, but it is SO worth it… my god, so worth it. Finding my balance has made me so much happier. My life is so much more beautiful.
I mean it when I say to keep believing and never stop trying. Hold on to hope. I hate how cliche those words have become as people always throw them around casually, but I truly mean them and they are coming straight from my heart.
