Fit & Fertile eBook
Have you read Ashley’s eBook yet? I’ve been following her pregnancy ever since she announced it in the early spring, but I had no idea that she had a hard time getting pregnant. In her eBook, she outlines the struggles she had to go through in order to get pregnant and it was a complete eye-opener for me. I’m only 23 and don’t plan on having kids anytime soon, but regardless of your age, I HIGHLY recommend getting her eBook. The sooner you can implement healthy habits and be more aware of what your body needs to get pregnant, the better. She says she wishes she knew what needed to be done sooner and that’s what really struck me. If I can be more aware of my habits now that I’m 23, I can hope that when I do want kids, it will be easier to get pregnant and I won’t have as many troubles. Whether you are close to wanting kids or very far off from wanting kids, this eBook will change your outlook on fertility and the steps you need to take in order to get pregnant. Also, I love her as a person and I love her blog, so show her some support because she is a soon-to-be rockstar Momma!
Go Macro Bars
I shared my love for these on Instagram, but these bars are delicious! I’ve seen them everywhere and I finally got to try them. My favorite flavors are the ones with chocolate chips for very obvious reasons. They have a chewy and dense texture and a great macronutrient profile to keep you satisfied. Definitely recommend!
New Drink Favorites
Has anyone had a chance to grab Trader Joe’s sparking rose? They seem to be flying off the shelves because I was only able to snag them once, but they are incredibly priced and perfect to bring for a picnic. I’ve also been loving bourbon based drinks, which is totally new for me. I’m usually a clear liquor gal, but I decided to try bourbon after many years of staying far away from it and I’m hooked! Dane and I have been making healthier cocktails with it, which I will share on the blog later on.
Along with my Go Macro bar loving, I’ve also been loving mini Perfect bars. They are totally different in texture and taste, so you gotta get both. Perfect bars are very sweet, so more of a dessert style bar or a quick hold me over for an hour type bar and Go Macro bars are better for a more sustainable snack.
Now you tell me…
