I’ve talked about staying motivated with your fitness and nutrition goals before by setting reminders on your phone, but today, I want to share another tactic I use that helps me stick to my goals. What might that be? Fitness product shopping! I did a post a while back on the cute and fierce fitness gear to wear, so you’re all set on the apparel aspect of things, but today I’m sharing some fun fitness products you can get to stay motivated.

Invisibobble Hair Rings
These are a game changer! I have thick hair, so whenever I use normal hair ties, I get creases that last all day. These hair rings are crease free, yes, I mean that, so I wear them when I lift weights, when I sleep and when I’m lounging around the house and don’t want my hair to get creased in awkward spots. It’s a pain in the butt to do my hair, so the less I have to do to it, the better. These aren’t too great for running or sprinting, so I would stick to wearing them for lifting or lounging activities!
Asics Running Shoes
If you have narrow feet and high arches like me, then Asics should be your go-to shoes for working out. They are built for that specific foot shape and help support my feet when I’m doing my sprint routine. I’ve been a loyal customer of Asics for years and truly can’t recommend them enough. Nikes and Adidas are super cute, but they don’t support my foot shape, so I can’t run around in them unless I want to do some damage! Also, how cute are these?
SENSO Bluetooth Headphones
If you aren’t using wireless headphones for your workouts, you’re doing it all wrong. These have completely changed my workout game. I can leave my phone on the side or carry it in a small pouch and don’t have to worry about accidentally knocking my earphones out due to a wire getting in the way. I use these exact ones and have had zero issues with them. Super easy and a great price!
Back Tie Workout Tanks
These tanks are so cute and breathable! I love how they tie at the back and how you can let them loose for low impact activities.
These mini Perfect Bars are a great pre-workout snack! They are nicely balanced with protein, carbohydrates and fat, so if you need a super quick pick-me-up before a workout, these are a great choice. If you have more time, I would recommend eating a bigger and fuller pre-workout snack, but if you are short on time and walking into the gym, gobble one of these up.
Big A$$ Water Jug
This is a great water jug for a pre workout supplement or BCAAs, or just plain old water! I used to bring these to class with me in college, so if you’re in school now, I would recommend getting one for those back to back class days.
Now you tell me…
What’s your favorite pre-workout snack?
