For my breakfast this morning I made a delicious protein pancake that I had to share!
This would be great post workout too, since it is packed full of protein 🙂
Perfect Protein Pancake
~ 1/4 cup egg whites (didn’t measure, so not fully sure)
1 scoop protein powder (I used ON Vanilla Casein)
Splash of water
Mix it all up- put on a hot pan and cook like a pancake! I topped my with a drizzle of sugar- free syrup.
Dig in and enjoy 🙂
