Today I just want to share two workouts I did this week that were great. Like I said earlier this week, I’m trying out new workouts and mixin it up and its going well!
Today I just ran 2.1 miles since I’m running 13.1 on Sunday and I need to rest up!!
Fun 1 Circuit Workout:
1 mile run
15 Pushups (NOT the girly kind!)
12 reps dumbbell upright row
12 reps tricep kickback
15 reps hamstring roll in with exercise ball
15 reps hip raises on exercise ball
20 reps crunch on exercise ball holding medicine ball
12 reps 1 legged bicep curls each
30 seconds mountain climbers
12 reps bent over dumbbell chest flyes
plank on exercise ball for 1 minute
12 Lunges in place each leg
25 reverse crunches
12 reps tricep pushup (NOT the girly kind!)
Jumping jacks 1 minute
20 reps dumbbell circles (5lb weight since this one is tough!)
high knees for 1 minute
and you’re DONE! Only go through the circuit once to keep things fun and interesting!
The next workout I have is the HIIT one I did yesterday…
