I’ve primarily used this blog to post about topics I am passionate about, or topics that you guys request. However, one of the biggest things I get requests for is to show you guys more of my daily life, so I’ve decided to get back into blogging daily and take you through my workouts, eats and other musings!
After a calming morning and delicious breakfast, I headed off to class. I usually have class in the mornings followed by a big break, so I get my workouts in at that time. Today’s workout featured a sweaty HIIT session followed by 9 sets of upper body:
It was a quickie and I was outta there in 45 minutes! I re-fueled with some BCAAS on my walk home and quickly dug into some lunch.
For my lunch today I wanted to use up an avocado that had been sitting in my fridge, so I mashed about half of it with some onion, fajita mix and hot sauce. I topped that onto a bed of romaine and a sandwich thin. I also added a fried egg to the sandwich and ate it alongside some cooked spinach and broccoli! Hit the spot!
I also had a cup of butter pecan coffee for a touch of sweetness!
Alright, I’m off to study and then head to an evening class!
