FAQ Standard Workout Programs
Do I need a gym membership if I do your nutrition and training plan?
Yes, you will need a gym membership for all of my programs as you need access to barbells, dumbbells, a treadmill and several weight machines. Trust me, you need to lift heavy if you want to get that lean and toned body. A gym membership is worth it.
