With my nutrition and training coaching, I will provide you with macronutrient targets to hit each week and a workout program. You will check in with me on a weekly basis and I will adjust your macros and workout program based on how you are progressing. You have the freedom to eat any foods you want. What you will love about the plan is that you can fit in your favorite treats. There are no cheat meals or re-feeds.
You will be responsible for tracking your intake to fit your macronutrient requirements as well as sending me your weekly check-ins. That said, it’s the “lifestyle” way to live. You have the freedom to eat your favorite foods, eat out with friends and family and still get results.
A quick note for you: transactions are handled through PayPal, but you don’t need a PayPal account to buy my programs!
How long will it take?
This is a tough question for me to answer. It varies for each client based on the client’s goals, current fitness level, metabolic health, genetics etc… Some clients may reach their goals in a few months, but others may take longer. What I can promise you is that within less than a month of working with me and following my program, you will feel better physically and mentally in your relationship with food and exercise.
Do I need a gym membership if I do your nutrition and training plan?
I highly recommend it! If you do not, at the very least, you will need to have access to a set of adjustable dumbbells that go up to a heavy weight.
Can I email you for help if I have questions along the way?
Oh my gosh, of course! What kind of coach would I be if I wasn’t there to support you? You can email me anytime! I aim to check my email twice a day, so that I can get back to you quickly. If you have questions, are feeling a bit down, or just need a chat, I am here for you
I struggle with binge eating, is that something you can help me with?
Yes. I struggled with binge eating for several years, so I know what it is like to feel so lost and out of control. Switching to a macronutrient based diet and allowing myself to eat whichever foods I want, has helped me tremendously with binge eating. That said, there are also deep emotional issues that lead to bingeing and while I am not a counselor, I can do my best to help you based on my experience.
I worked with a coach in the past who put me on a restrictive diet. Since then, I have bounced back and gained a ton of weight. Can you help me?
Yes, I sure can. If you have been put on a restrictive diet for some time, you have likely done some damage to your metabolism. I can help repair the damage through reverse dieting and limit the amount of weight gain. With this technique, we will slowly increase your macros each week. It is a slow process, but I have been able to help women go from eating 100g carbs a day to 300+g carbs a day and gain very minimal, if any, weight.
